General: One person or organisation can create up to 1 account. The minimum requirement is a username and password. Each account can have between 0 and 5 extensions, you can manage extensions later in settings.
E-mail: Adding e-mail on registration is optional but recommended. Its main purpose is to occasionally verify the account.
Direct messenger: In case you don't provide an e-mail, your communication channel can be your direct messenger address. The direct messenger is a web app within the Feed platform. The direct messenger address is simply your username. If you occasionally monitor your direct messenger inbox, it can serve as effectively as your regular e-mail address.
Verification: The main purpose of verification is to delete suspicous accounts and filter accounts created by bots. Verified accounts receive full membership, while unverified accounts basic membership. With the full membership you will be receiving free access codes to portal resources. Welcome and all other bonuses in the account with the promotion extension will be frozen until the account verification is completed. Username and e-mail must be anonymised and cannot contain first name(s), last name and company name (neither in the local-part nor in the domain of e-mails). In the local-part use e.g. initials, nick, only first name, fictious name or the combination of letters and numbers. Domains from popular e-mail providers are acceptable. The entire username must anonymised. Accounts with username or e-mail containing identifiable strings will be deleted. E-mail and direct messenger addresses must be valid and occasionally monitored - if we detect suspicious activtiy in your account, you may receive a verification code. Your account will be suspended until you paste this code into a special box in your account site.
Bots: Accounts that are completely or partially managed by bots are possible but must have a bot extension and positive impact on the portal. Accounts with the bot extension receive special case-by-case treatment in our system. These accounts can be deleted if we find them suspicious or having no positive impact on the portal.
Account extensions: Account extesions are optional. They are designed to extend account features. Find the description of extensions in Umbrellapps features. Logged users can activate more extensions in settings.
Multiple accounts: A user is not allowed to have more than 1 account with separate usernames. Any multiple accounts will be terminated automatically. It is allowed to have only 1 account per person and per IP. If you need an account for your business, add business extension in settings or you will need a separate IP to create a second business account. All accounts violating these terms will be initially flagged. If the violation repeats, the flagged accounts will be deleted and e-mail will be permanently banned. Users trying to cheat the portal waste their time and our time.
